the room was noisy, really, and the hot breakfast options were mostly gone by the time I arrived, how disappointing! I woudl ve been okay with it, but the staff did nothing to remedy the situation or offer me a lovely upgrade because I asked nicely, it’s not like I was asking for the moon.
